Shipping policy

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and are expected to reach you in 7-10 days once the order has shipped.
  • Damaged goods due to delivery or manufacturing, must be reported Numark Industries within 24 hours of the damaged shipment. 
  • Please be sure to inspect your package before signing the delivery receipt. Make sure to note any damage with the driver and then contact our customer service department for instructions.
  • Items with significant shipping damage should be refused and will be sent back to our facility. You must notify customer service that you refused the shipment as soon as possible. Items received in good condition but with missing or damaged parts, please contact our customer service line and we will ship out the parts free of charge within 30-days of purchase. After 30 days, we will send the parts for free however the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for customers within their warranty period.

Shipping

We only ship in the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Holidays and weekends are not considered in estimated ship times. Warranty

All items are warranted to be free of defect for a period one year from delivery. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and applies to defects in materials and workmanship of your patio furniture, provided your furniture is maintained with care and used only for personal, residential purposes. The warranty does not cover damage due to acts of nature, including wind, rain and sun. Please note that after 30 days of purchase, shipping charges are applicable for all replacement items sent under the warranty.

Exclusions

Items used for commercial, contract or other non-residential purposes, or items damaged due to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse or improper assembly are not covered. Discoloration or fading of the finish or fabrics as a result of exposure to the elements, chemicals or spills are not covered. Tabletop breakage, corrosion or rusting of hardware and damages to frames or welds caused by improper assembly, misuse or natural causes are not covered.

  • Set Up Your Furniture Properly

Ensure that all parts are assembled properly and fully tightened as per the instruction.

  • Examine Your Furniture

Examine occasionally to ensure that there are no loose parts.  If loose parts are found, they must be retightened fully before additional use.

WARNING:

  • Assemble furniture on a soft, non-abrasive surface, such as carpeting, to avoid damage.  Item is heavy.  Handle with care.
  • Two adults may be needed to assemble.
  • To prevent damage to your table, always use an umbrella base with your umbrella.  When install the umbrella, make sure that insert the umbrella pole into the hole on the table top first and then insert the umbrella top into the bottom umbrella pole.  In extremely windy conditions, it is recommended that you remove the umbrella from the table.
  • TEMPERED GLASS TABLE TOPS CAN SUDDENLY AND SPONTANEOUSLY SHATTER.  DO NOT PLACE HEAVY OBJECTS ON TABLE TOP AND AVOID SUDDEN THERMAL CHANGES.  
  • Do not leave unattended children with the glass tabletop and chairs.  Do not allow children to climb on table.  Tuck chairs under table when not in use.  Retract umbrella when winds exceed 15 mph.  
  • Fabric is flammable.  Keep away from open flame.
